"Where Navy Sailing Began"......We are located at the Norfolk Naval Sailing Center aboard the Norfolk Naval Base and the oldest member of the US Naval Sailing Association. The Norfolk Naval Sailing Association (NNSA) provides a forum for the hardiest souls in life ... mariners....cruising, racing, or just talking about boats...... and of course galley fare!
